What is Traditional WPC Decking?

Traditional WPC Decking is a type of wood-plastic composite (WPC) decking that combines wood fibers or sawdust with plastic materials to create a durable, low-maintenance outdoor flooring option. Unlike embossed WPC decking, Traditional WPC decking typically has a smooth or lightly brushed surface without deep wood grain textures.

Difference between Hollow vs Solid

We use both Hollowed Board and Solid Board on our Embossed WPC Decking boards.

Hollow composite decking boards have a hollow core. They are lighter than solid boards and are often easier to handle and install. 

Solid Deck Board

      What's the minimum order quantity for the product?
      Usually 300 square meters per color/model. If demand is less than MQO:update existing inventory products for customers to choose from.
      How to install WPC outdoor floor?
      There are video installation tutorials, very simple. Generally, it should install keel first. Fix the WPC board on the keel using a nail gun,and then plug another WPC board. One after another till the installation is finished.
      How long is the service lifetime of WPC floor?
      It is about 25-30years under ideal situations.
      Do WPC products need painting?
      As the difference with the wood, WPC products their own color, they need not extra painting.
      What color can you provide?
      Generally, we provide 8 main colors as Cedar, yellow, red pine, red wood, brown, coffee, light grey, blue grey.
      And also, we can make a special color per your request.
      How to make the defective Restoration?
      We recommend sanding the finish of the surface. After sanding ,some of the plank will get back to the original appearance.
      How to deal with Rust Stains, Ground-In Dirt and Grime?
      You can use a cleaning product containing oxalic or phosphoric acid base to lighten or remove the rust or dirt.
      How many tons can you load in one 20ft container ?
      We can loaded about 20 tons in one 20ft container for hollow decking, And 26tons for one 40ft container. For the solid board, we can load about 23 tons in one 20ft container. And 26 tons in one 40ft container.
      Where will WPC products use?
      WPC products are widely used currently.
      For outdoor, it was mainly used at gardens landscape, the beach road, villa yard, etc;
      For indoors, it was mainly used for kitchen, balcony, TV setting wall, etc.
      The raw material of ECOXPLANK WPC composite decking
      60% wood flour, 30% plastic (HDPE), 10% additive. It is co-extruded with a polyethylene top layer for ultra low-maintenance performance. We can also adjust the formula of raw material according to your request.
      Delivery time
      Usually the delivery time for one container is 15-25 days. Time will be faster if the order is continuous and stable. Large orders or other special circumstances need to be confirmed with production.
      What is the payment method and how much is the advance payment?
      T/T is generally used. Orders below 5000USD require a one-time payment before production.
      For other orders, a 40% advance payment is required, and the balance payment must be paid before shipment.
